Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in leadership or team coordination.
• Strong command of English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Service Export team.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and deliveries.
• Act as the key link between customer service and logistics.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Manage operations for several countries.
