Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Dutch Speaker) to join our international team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional tone.

The role offers a permanent contract, 35 hours per week with flexibility to 40, a Dutch language bonus and a performance bonus, plus a relocation package including flight/train, 25 days accommodation on arrival, and
