Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our international team in Madrid, Spain. This permanent role offers 35 hours per week with potential to raise to 40 hours, plus a Dutch language bonus and performance incentives.

A full relocation package is provided, including travel, 25 days of accommodation, and salary advances. You will handle customer inquiries in Dutch and English, delivering accurate information and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues and product questions.
• Deliver accurate information and solutions promptly.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
