Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Dutch Speaker) to join our international team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth experience.

The role offers a permanent contract, 35 hours per week with the option to increase to 40 hours, and a Dutch language bonus plus a performance bonus. Relocation package includes flight/train, accommodation, and salary advances.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and adapt to scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions.
• Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
