The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, or alerts, maintaining SLAs, and supporting team projects. Relocation to Barcelona is provided.

Candidates need Dutch native fluency and English at least B2, with 1 year of customer service experience; familiarity with Windows/MS Office is helpful.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch in speaking and writing.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or alerts.
• Record call details in the system and respond within SLA.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products.
• Escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
• Adhere to project processes and comply with SLA.
• Support cover for other agents and participate in team projects.
