Job summary

Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions is seeking an International Service Engineer based in the Netherlands to install, support and train customers worldwide on chromatographic systems.

You will travel regularly with local distributors, perform installations and provide service and support from our Rotterdam head office. The role includes testing analyzers and handling Netherlands-based customer service activities.

Qualifications

• Background in chemistry/analytical disciplines.
• 4–6 years experience with chromatography systems (GC, GC-MS, LC).
• Experience with petrochemical ASTM applications is preferred.
• Willingness to travel worldwide regularly.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and IT management is an advantage.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Residence in the Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• Installations, application support and training for customers worldwide.
• Travel to customer sites or with local distributors.
• Service work and customer support in the Netherlands.
• Involvement in construction and testing of analyzers from Rotterdam HQ.
