Job summary

Technobis Holding is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands (Alkmaar office). You will provide on-site and remote technical support for crystallization and reaction screening systems, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, and assist distributors with technical questions across global customers.

The role requires travel and a strong technical background, with experience in installing research equipment and handling CRM data.

Qualifications

• Educational background in applied science or technical field (BSc/MBO/MLO).
• At least 2 years in a customer service or related role.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with quality systems and laboratory equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Act as first line support for customers, trouble-shooting hardware and software, on-site or remote.
• Set up and maintain service concepts for the systems.
• Follow up contracts, extensions, quotations and SOPs.
• Coordinate questions from customers and update management.
• Work with CRM to store data and build knowledge base.
