Responsibilities

• Lead the Dutch service organization of approximately 11 FTEs and translate the organization's direction into daily practice.
• Manage daily operations and development of the service organization.
• Lead Service Engineers, Support, and the Service Coordinator, ensuring a collaborative team.
• Ensure the service organization has the right people, processes and resources, and safeguard service quality.
• Provide support with complex customer inquiries and escalations in collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
• Identify opportunities to further improve service delivery and translate these into concrete improvements.
