Nebius Group in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on Business Operations Team Lead to manage and develop a team responsible for end-to-end P2P processes. You will drive operational excellence, own workflows, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and Treasury to resolve cross-functional challenges.

You will champion process improvements, system implementations, and scalable practices in a fast-growing, international AI-focused company. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, P2P, or related role.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, and other functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision support.
• Fluent English and experience in global, scaling organizations.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, finance, or workflow systems.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Business Operations team, setting expectations and supporting growth.
• Hands-on role in PRs, requests, tickets, and complex cases across the P2P lifecycle.
• Own and improve Business Operations processes and standards for scalable execution.
• Drive performance by monitoring metrics and addressing gaps.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury on cross-functional topics.
• Identify recurring issues and drive practical improvements from discovery to implementation.
• Design, test, implement, and adopt new workflows, systems, and automation.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, quality, controls, and scalability.
