Job summary

Nebius, headquartered in Amsterdam, is scaling its People function with a new program management office. The role focuses on coordinating diverse initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones, governance, and clear communication across teams worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced AI infrastructure company, collaborating with People, Legal, Finance, IT and Security, and reporting to the People Team. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in fast-paced, multi-region environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating across People, Legal, Finance, IT, Security and business units.
• Strong planning, risk management and status reporting skills.
• Flawless English and ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of People initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch assessment.
• Build project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and communication strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve priority conflicts to keep work moving.
