Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and international finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; Medius or similar AP automation a plus.
• Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
• Experience at the intersection of finance and technology with IT teams and partners.
• Experience with AI or ML applications in finance is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to motivate and develop a team.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Operations and develop the accounting and finance operations team.
• Oversee AP & AR end-to-end processes and ensure timely month-end closings.
• Manage cash flow operations with international teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Own and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the AP automation platform.
• Drive process automation to reduce errors and processing times.
• Develop a roadmap for AI adoption in Finance Operations and month-end activities.
• Build a high-performing team and plan career paths and development.
• Advise senior management with insights on performance and improvements.
