Job summary

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed Amsterdam-based cloud infrastructure company, is seeking a Payroll Systems Specialist to support global payroll and multi-country implementations. You will design, configure and maintain payroll integrations, data mappings, and automation across Payroll, People, Finance and Tech teams, ensuring compliant, scalable processes.

Collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders, plus documentation and training for users, are part of the role in a fast-growing AI software

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll systems or payroll implementation.
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll processes and data needs.
• Experience with configuration, data migration, testing, and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll-system implementations for new countries and migrations.
• Translate payroll requirements into configuration, data mappings and workflows.
• Coordinate data preparation, validation, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Design and maintain integrations between payroll, HR and Finance systems using APIs or secure files.
• Manage defects, vendor escalations, and the payroll-systems roadmap.
• Maintain data-quality checks and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve control.
• Create system documentation and training materials.
