Randstad Holding NV is seeking an Associate Director for Global B2B Customer Success & Commercial Adoption. This executive role will lead a multinational team across 30+ operating companies, shaping global enablement, customer lifetime value, and enterprise digital transformation.

Primary location is NL with hybrid work; remote options across Europe are available. The position emphasizes strategy, budget governance, and high-stakes vendor contracts rather than hands-on execution.

Competenze

• 10–12+ years of progressive commercial and operational leadership across international B2B GTM, CS, or Commercial Ops.
• At least 5+ years of direct line management in a global context across 30+ markets.
• Governing P&L and department budgets within large matrix enterprises.
• Bachelor/MBA qualifications toward business administration and management.

Mansioni

• Lead the global Customer Success organization with formal line management and governance.
• Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap for B2B enablement across 30+ operating companies.
• Partner with OpCo Managing Directors and Global Leaders to accelerate sales and optimize LTV.
• Drive enterprise transformation and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and Product.
