Randstad's Global Headquarters in Diemen, the Netherlands, seeks an Associate in Corporate Development & M&A to help shape the group's global strategy. You will lead end-to-end transactions, perform financial modeling, and coordinate due diligence, reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Development & M&A.

Qualifications

• Experience in executing M&A transactions (buy-side/sell-side).
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end transaction execution across global buy-side/sell-side.
• Support drafting investment memos and board materials.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, HR, Finance, and IT to close deals.
