Job summary

Randstad’s Global Headquarters is seeking an Associate Corporate Development & M&A to shape the global strategy of the world’s equitable talent company.

You will lead end-to-end M&A transactions, financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the Global Executive Board while enjoying performance-based bonuses, share purchase options, and flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 2–5 years direct M&A experience (Investment Banking, M&A Boutique, Big4, or Corporate M&A)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Global, cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership and executive board

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Valuation: build DCF and merger models, synergy analyses
• Deal Execution & Due Diligence: manage data rooms, draft offers, coordinate across Legal, Tax, HR, Finance, IT
• Market Screening: map HR services landscape for strategic targets
• Executive Decision Support: prepare investment memos and board decks detailing risks and mechanics
