Job summary

EY in the Netherlands seeks a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for Security to define and lead the global presales strategy, shaping major pursuits and ensuring a consistent, high-quality presales approach across markets.

You’ll collaborate with global alliance leadership, Microsoft sales teams and regional stakeholders to architect compelling solutions, distill complex ideas into clear client narratives, and drive win rates in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise tech sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Apps, Copilot).
• Ability to translate technology into business value and advise clients at senior levels.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions with business case and delivery approach.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Track record of shaping and winning strategic opportunities in a fast-paced, global setting.

• Define and lead global presales strategy within EY–Microsoft Alliance.
• Shape and close high-value global opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Align presales with Microsoft Security Solution Area and field priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines to design end-to-end solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to articulate value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Innovate EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging Microsoft tech and EY capabilities.
