Accenture is seeking a senior security leader in the Netherlands to serve as the primary security representative for key financial services clients, guiding strategic security programs and driving business growth.

The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end security solutions, stakeholder management, and leadership of cross-functional teams across geographies, with a strong focus on operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience in Security, with a strong focus on Financial Services.
• Proven commercial experience identifying and driving business opportunities.
• Strong network and active senior-level relationships within the Financial Services industry.
• Extensive experience in project management and consultancy delivery.
• Expertise in Cyber Strategy, Cyber Governance and Data & AI Security.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Dynamic and commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Serve as the primary security representative for Accenture at the client and build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee the delivery of security-related projects and programs.
• Drive commercial opportunities to expand Accenture’s footprint and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate across teams and geographies to deliver end-to-end security solutions.
• Define, implement, and manage security strategies tailored to client needs (operational resilience, regulatory compliance, digital transformation).
• Lead business development initiatives including proposal creation and client presentations.
