Job summary

EY seeks a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for AI Business Solutions to define and drive the global presales strategy for the EY–Microsoft Alliance. You will shape major global pursuits, align with Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions, and collaborate with EY practice areas and stakeholders to deliver compelling, end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security) and AI Business Solutions.
• Ability to translate technology into business value and strategy.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions, business cases, and delivery approaches.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation and proposal-writing for C-level stakeholders.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, global teams without direct authority.
• Results-driven with ability to win strategic opportunities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY–Microsoft Alliance within a Solution Area.
• Lead presales on strategic, high-value global pursuits with cross-functional teams.
• Align presales with Microsoft AI Business Solution Area and Sales Plays.
• Collaborate across EY service lines and stakeholders to design integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to shape transformations and articulate value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets and playbooks for scalable presales execution.
• Shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.
