Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is recruiting for a Key Account Manager in the Air Freight division of one of the world's largest logistics companies. You'll manage and develop key customer relationships, drive growth and profitability, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Pricing and Carrier teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Dutch native/fluent and strong English.
• Perishables experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key air freight customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase volumes and profitability.
• Coordinate capacity requirements with procurement and carriers.
• Proactively manage shipments, issues and customer escalations.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer requirements.
• Support new customer implementations and process improvements.
