Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is recruiting for a Key Account Manager in the Air Freight division of one of the world's largest logistics companies. You'll manage and develop key customer relationships, drive growth and profitability, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Pricing and Carrier teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll own a portfolio of air freight customers, build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to increase volumes and profitability, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Dutch native/fluent and strong English.
• Perishables experience is preferred but not essential.

About You

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Dutch native/fluent and strong English.
• Proactive, organised and customer-focused.

Perishables experience is preferred but not essential. Experience with fresh produce, flowers, food or other time-critical cargo would be advantageous.
