Job summary

LyondellBasell Account Specialist II in Rotterdam, NL coordinates orders, checks availability, and ensures correct invoicing. You act as the main interface with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver value, backing up other businesses and driving process improvements.

With 3–4 years in Customer Service/Supply Chain and SAP proficiency, you will support international operations, maintain master data accuracy in SAP, and uphold governance and company policies while building strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or formal qualifications in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP mandatory.
• 3–4 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• Export experience preferred.
• Excellent level of English required.
• Eligible to work in The Netherlands without visa sponsorship and reside in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to customers within your portfolio.
• Coordinate orders, check product availability, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain to maximize value for LYB.
• Back-up other businesses within the group and handle operational issues.
• Participate in Supply Chain and interdepartmental projects.
• Develop ideas to improve processes within Customer Service.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet targets efficiently.
