Job summary

LyondellBasell in Rotterdam seeks a Senior Account Specialist to manage a customer portfolio, process orders, verify availability, coordinate transport, and ensure accurate invoicing. You will back up other businesses, collaborate with Planning, Sales and Supply Chain, and drive process improvements while maintaining governance and data integrity in SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or formal qualifications in Customer Service.
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.
Experience in Export is preferred.
Excellent level of English is required.
You are eligible to work in The Netherlands without visa-sponsorship needed and you reside in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service to customers and build long-term value.
Coordinate with Planning, Sales, Business and Supply Chain to maximize value.
Back-up all businesses within the group and serve as the go-to person for operational issues.
Participate in Supply Chain and interdepartmental projects.
Develop and improve processes within Customer Service and support the team.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure targets are met.
