Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking an Account Specialist to manage a customer portfolio, coordinate orders, check product availability, and ensure accurate invoicing. You'll back-up other businesses in the group and serve as the go-to person for operational issues.

You will collaborate with Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain to maximize value, uphold governance, and maintain accurate SAP master data. Proficiency in English and NL work eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or formal qualification in Customer Service.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and SAP required.
• 3 to 4 years in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.
• Export experience is preferred.
• Excellent level of English.
• Eligible to work in The Netherlands without visa sponsorship; reside in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highest quality service to customers, handling requests promptly and professionally.
• Interface with Planning, Sales, Business and Supply Chain to maximize customer value.
• Back-up all businesses within the group and act as a go-to for operational issues.
• Participate in Supply Chain and interdepartmental projects.
• Suggest and implement process improvements within Customer Service.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and build an effective network to meet targets.
• Ensure governance compliance and consistent company ethics across activities.
• Check and maintain accuracy of Customer Master Data in SAP with Master Data team.
