LyondellBasell is recruiting an Account Specialist I in Rotterdam to manage customer orders, verify product availability, coordinate transport and invoicing, and support domestic and export fulfillment. You will liaise with Planning, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure top-tier service and continuous process improvements.

The role requires a college degree, SAP/MS Office skills, English fluency, and a willingness to back-up multiple business areas within the group.

Formación

• College (BSc. or MS.) degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office).
• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and preferred one other European language.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver top-tier customer service to your portfolio, handling requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate product transportation, delivery, and accurate invoicing with internal teams.
• Serve as primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business and Supply Chain to maximize value for LyondellBasell.
• Back-up other businesses within the group and be the go-to person for operational issues.
