Job summary

Robin is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to guide post-sales lifecycle, lead onboarding, training, and delivery of complex radar systems. You’ll turn users into ambassadors and coordinate with the Head of Services and Project Management.

You will manage an inclusive team, ensure service excellence, and drive feedback into product improvements while travelling for international on-site support.

Qualifications

• BA or higher degree in Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles in industrial/tech sectors.
• 3+ years leading and coaching customer services teams.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and contract management for complex products.
• Familiarity with export controls or defence security clearance processes.
• Proficiency with Jira and modern CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and international on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an inclusive customer success team through coaching and performance management.
• Guarantee SLA/warranty obligations and act as primary escalation point for major issues.
• Relay customer insights to internal tech teams; integrate feedback into feature development.
• Partner with Sales to align service strategies with business goals; support renewals/upsell.
• Oversee training curricula and ensure global users gain maximum value from radar systems.
