Job summary

Loop (Data2Logistics) is seeking a Global Account Coordinator to deliver exceptional client service, process invoices, and coordinate weekly client billing. The role requires overseeing documents, resolving carrier issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has a strong logistics background, is fluent in English, and comfortable working with diverse cultures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong logistics background with a proactive customer service approach.
• Bachelor level, via education or equivalent in work experience.
• Proficiency using MS Office and Google Suite applications.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills; team player.
• Bilingual (including English) on written and spoken business level.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and meet due dates/commitments.
• Automate final reports, exports and packets for client delivery.
• Increase efficiency to reduce processing hours.
• Identify issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate weekly processing of client invoices and approvals.
