Van der Helm Logistics is seeking a proactive Logistics Account Coordinator for our Fulfillment team. You will manage one or more electronics/IT client accounts, ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics from orders to deliveries, coordinating with warehouse and carriers.

You will maintain daily client contact, oversee inventory and shipments, and prepare internal/external reports. On-site work with some flexibility; travel and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts in logistics and fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS systems preferred.
• Good command of Dutch and English both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for client(s) and coordinate with warehouse, carriers and partners.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing orders and inventory planning.
• Organize and oversee national and international shipments.
• Process orders, shipments and inventory data in the WMS and generate reports.
• Prepare client and internal documentation and invoicing for completed orders.
