Marinetrans is seeking a logistics professional to manage a global client base and oversee end-to-end shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across time zones. You will coordinate with suppliers, carriers and vendors, handling rates, quotations and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes proactive process improvement, problem resolution and adherence to ISO quality and environmental standards, with opportunities for growth in project cargo handling and offshore

Formación

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
• Preferably 3 years of work experience in a related position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Good knowledge of carrier’s portals.
• Preferably knowledge of air and sea freight, road transport.
• Preferably knowledge of West African required import regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring the quality of the services provided and checking through customer feedback.
• Requesting ad hoc rates from the accepted suppliers (indicated by management).
• Booking freight and archiving documents in the shipment tracking system (eSea).
• Monitoring track and trace shipments.
• Coordinating solutions if problems during the shipment occur.
• Review and follow up that correct information and documents are provided by suppliers and client.
• Coordinates with agents to ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Maintaining contact with vendors and customers during the operational process.
• Register operational deviations in irregularity register.
• Applying the procedures of the quality and environmental management system (ISO).
• Ensuring high productivity, high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the delivery of offshore and project logistics solutions to clients.
