Job summary

BDP International is seeking a Logistics Service Coordinator Ocean Import - LLP to manage order processing, planning and booking of transportation, and shipment coordination. You will handle administration, invoicing, and customer feedback via multiple channels, ensuring timely, accurate updates.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years experience in ocean import and 1–3 years in customer service, with strong Dutch and English skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience handling ocean import functions.
• One to three years in a customer service environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced office.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork attitude required.
• PC literate with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Order processing management.
• Planning / Booking transportation orders.
• Coordination / follow up of the shipment.
• Administration / invoicing.
• Feedback to the customer via mail, phone, or EDI.
• Operational troubleshooting.
• Non-conformance reporting per KPI.
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors per rates.
• Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
