Job summary

Hikrobot in the Netherlands seeks a technically skilled professional with 2-3 years in industrial 3D vision to support our international operations. You will bridge between overseas customers, distributors, and our China R&D and product teams, covering pre-sales, evaluation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

You will work on 3D bin picking, robot-guided localization, and assembly tasks, delivering training in English and contributing to documentation and case libraries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a related engineering discipline.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial 3D vision and robotic applications.
• Experience with 3D vision-guided robotics projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short-term business trips.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and understand customer requirements in English.
• Demonstrate solutions and support product selection for overseas customers.
• Prepare English technical proposals and quotations attachments.
• Lead commissioning and delivery of 3D vision-guided robot applications.
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with distributors, sales teams, and China R&D.
• Deliver training and prepare user manuals and FAQs in English.
