Job summary

Hikrobot is seeking a seasoned professional to lead pre-sales for warehouse automation projects across Europe. You will conduct customer requirement analyses, solution design, and participate in tenders. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 7 years of industry experience, particularly in AGV/AMR or large-scale system integration.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, with a strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder management. Fluent English and Dutch or German are essential, while additional language skills are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in AGV/AMR, intralogistics, or warehouse automation.
• Experience with large-scale system integration projects or WMS processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities across Europe for warehouse automation projects.
• Take ownership of solution development and provide customer consultancy.
• Participate in tender and bidding activities and prepare technical proposals.
