Job summary

Hai Robotics Europe is seeking Field Application Engineers to oversee installation and commissioning of robotics equipment at customer sites in the UK and the Netherlands. The role combines hardware and software expertise with hands-on training for partners, ensuring safe, timely completion.

Ideal candidates will travel to client warehouses, perform on-site support for 2–4 week stints, and communicate fluently in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work on-site in client warehouses.
Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Lead service partners to complete installation and commissioning of equipment safely and on schedule.
Provide technical support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and training.
Manage and track on-site installation work as a site manager.
Train service partners and verify hardware implementation acceptance after partner's task.
Handle other service-related work.
Work at customer sites for 2–4 weeks or longer.
