Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on technical capability with electromechanical systems and industrial automation equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service activities including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support customer operations as the primary technical contact.
• Diagnose equipment and software-related problems.
• Maintain system performance and respond to service requests.
