Job summary

Gigs is hiring a German-speaking Technical Support Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our support operations in Amsterdam. You will handle complex connectivity issues, translate technical root causes into clear customer solutions, and escalate to engineering when needed.

You will own the queue, mentor Tier 1 teammates, and help shape product improvements through support data. A hybrid setup with occasional travel to hubs is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a technical role with customer-facing components.
• Experience debugging APIs using tools like Postman.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• German at C2/native level.
• Ability to work in Amsterdam hub with flexible remote elements.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical resolution for provisioning and API failures.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and guide customers.
• Mentor Tier 1 support and unblock escalated tickets.
• Translate technical findings into clear customer communications.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve the platform.
