Job summary

Packsize in Amsterdam, recently moved its European HQ, seeks a motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class support across Europe. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, balancing problem-solving with strong customer service, and will join a diverse, innovation-focused team.

This role requires effective remote and on-site support, training customers, and ongoing knowledge-base improvements. Full training on our equipment and systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve mechanical/software issues.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound support calls and emails.
• Diagnose issues and determine remote vs on-site resolution.
• Support field service engineers with guidance.
• Maintain and enhance the knowledge base.
• Document activities in CRM and online databases.
• Train customers on machinery use and lean principles.
