Job summary

Brivo, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a technical support specialist to handle high-volume inquiries from multiple channels. You will operate from our Amsterdam office five days a week, collaborating with Inside Sales and Sales Engineering to resolve issues and test new technologies.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, customer service skills, and a foundation in electronics and networking. Dutch is a plus, and experience with security systems helps.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Dutch language is a plus; other languages are beneficial.
• Familiarity with Physical Access Control Systems.
• Understanding of electronics and low‑voltage wiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non‑technical staff.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Intermediate networking knowledge.
• Experience with phone/technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accept support requests from chat, phone, and email.
• Manage multiple cases using Zoho Desk ticketing system.
• Support Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
