Job summary

Coolblue is hiring a Team Lead Customer Service German Speaking in Rotterdam. You’ll lead a team of German-speaking agents, coach them, and drive collaboration with other departments to keep customers happy. The role is 40 hours with hybrid work and regular presence at the Rotterdam head office.

You’ll set objectives, monitor performance, identify improvements, and manage HR processes for your team. Excellent German and English, HBO-level education, and 2+ years in leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week availability.
• At least HBO level education.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong coaching, multitasking and communication skills.
• Flexible attitude with ability to work evenings/weekends.
• Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
• Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define team objectives relating to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Make sure your team works towards and achieves these objectives.
• Guide and coach your team members remotely and on the job; develop your team members at the office approx. twice a week.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to improvement projects.
• Take responsibility for HR and personnel-file level; conduct contract, development, absence and performance meetings, documenting agreements and involving HR when necessary.
