Job summary

Coolblue is seeking a Team Lead Customer Service to guide a German-speaking team. You will drive customer and employee satisfaction, coordinate with other departments, and coach staff both remotely and in-office.

The role emphasizes proactive improvement and HR-related responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Ideal candidates have HBO-level education, 2+ years in leadership, and fluency in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

You are available to work 40 hours per week.
You have at least HBO level working and thinking.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
You excel at coaching, multitasking and communicating.
Flexible attitude towards work.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define team objectives relating to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and productivity.
Ensure the team works towards and achieves these objectives.
Guide and coach team members remotely and on the job; develop them at the office approx. twice a week.
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to improvement projects.
Take HR responsibility for team members; conduct meetings and involve HR when needed.
