Asahi Intecc Europe B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily order processing and customer service across departments in a multicultural setting.

You will handle orders, invoicing, and German-language support, collaborate with Sales and Warehouse, and ensure data accuracy while learning new systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and proficient English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with accuracy and reliability.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Comfortable learning new software systems and tools.
• Entry-level to intermediate candidates welcomed; prior experience is a plus.
• EU work and residence permit required.
• Able to commute to Amsterdam Zuidas.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and tools.
• Handle invoicing and related administrative procedures in a timely manner.
• Provide customer support by email and phone in German regarding orders, shipments, invoices, and other inquiries.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and internal teams, monitor open orders, communicate delays to customers.
• Escalate operational issues to appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.
• Coordinate order changes, cancellations, and returns with data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in internal systems.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and assist team members as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate in an international environment.
