Job summary

TKH AI Technology is seeking a hands-on HR Operations Specialist on an interim basis (16-20 hours per week) to run Dutch HR administration, compliance, and lifecycle processes in a hybrid setup near Amsterdam.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, data entry, GDPR compliance, and liaison with Dutch authorities, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR Operations or HR Administration experience in the Netherlands.
• Experience liaising with Dutch authorities and institutions (UWV, Tax Authorities, Arbodienst).
• Knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and sick leave management (Wet verbetering poortwachter/UWV).
• Hands-on experience with HR software (SD Worx is a strong advantage).
• Understanding GDPR as it applies to HR and personnel files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, addenda, study agreements and related papers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including contract setup and tax forms.
• Act as liaison with Dutch authorities and institutions (UWV, Belastingdienst, IND where applicable).
• Ensure accurate data entry and GDPr-compliant records in the HR system.
• Maintain complete, accurate personnel files and monitor contract expirations.
• Oversee sickness administration and right-to-work documentation where applicable.
