Job summary

ASICS, located at the EMEA HQ near Amsterdam, seeks a Retail Operations support role to back the Retail Operations team. You will manage store communications, handle daily requests, and contribute to standardized training materials to ensure consistency across locations.

You will also assist with inventory, supplier relations, and staff training, helping to drive efficient store operations and execute the DTC Summit with strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business-related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store communications via newsletters and intranet.
• Handle store requests through email and ticketing systems.
• Create and standardise training materials and guidelines.
• Oversee store supplies and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support staff training and store-manager meetings.
• Assist with seasonal inventory counts and stock control.
• Plan and execute DTC Summit events with proper documentation.
