Job summary

Undutchables is seeking a German-speaking Account Coordinator to join the DACH team within the Customer Service Department in Amsterdam. You will manage daily inquiries, orders and invoicing, and support sample and trial activity.

You will coordinate with Sales, Technical Service, Production and Transport Planning to ensure timely deliveries and solutions for customer questions while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• Experience in customer service and order processing.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer daily customer inquiries, process orders and invoices, manage samples and trial orders.
• Follow up on lead-time and pricing quotations, trials and sample deliveries.
• Provide internal sales support and coordinate with other departments.
• Handle requests for call-offs to ensure delivery and stock maintenance.
• Assist in payment follow-ups and customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, Production and Transport Planning to resolve issues.
