Manpower seeks a Payroll Representative to support Germany payroll within the EMEAI region from Terneuzen. The role ensures accurate, on-time payments and compliance with local laws and company policies.

Fluency in English and German is required, and the position is based in the Netherlands with full-time hours. You will handle Payroll, Time & Absence, Data Management, and respond to payroll queries under SLAs, collaborating across functions and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Entry-level position; payroll knowledge not required.

Responsabilités

• Delivering Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently and accurately.
• Processing payroll information with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ensuring timely and correct payments to employees and local authorities.
• Performing activities according to internal control and compliance frameworks.
