Jobster in Terneuzen, NL, seeks a Payroll Representative to support payroll operations for employees in Germany. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, accurate and timely salary processing in an international payroll context.

Key responsibilities include delivering payroll services, data management, handling queries, and driving process improvements while complying with policies and labor agreements.

Formación

• Experience in payroll or accounting.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to work in Terneuzen and support Germany payroll.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering payroll, time & absence, and data management services in an efficient manner
• Processing payroll-related information accurately and confidentially
• Ensuring correct and timely salary payments to employees and local authorities
• Supporting compliance with internal control and audit requirements
• Handling employee payroll queries in line with agreed service levels
• Monitoring payroll data quality and resolving routine issues
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners
• Contributing to continuous improvement of payroll processes
