Manpower in Terneuzen seeks a Payroll Representative to support payroll operations for employees in Germany. You will ensure accurate, on-time salary payments and collaborate with internal and external partners to uphold policies and compliance.

The role requires German and English fluency, payroll experience, and strong data management skills, with a focus on accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in payroll and/or accounting.
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with payroll processes and payroll legislation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in high-volume operational environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering payroll, time & absence, and data management services in an efficient manner
• Processing payroll-related information accurately and confidentially
• Ensuring correct and timely salary payments to employees and local authorities
• Supporting compliance with internal control and audit requirements
• Handling employee payroll queries in line with agreed service levels
• Monitoring payroll data quality and resolving routine issues
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners
• Contributing to continuous improvement of payroll processes
