Job summary

Grow-Talent.com seeks an inbound Sales Development Representative (Dutch or German) to join our client in Dublin. The role is hybrid with relocation support and focuses on qualifying leads, building product interest, and driving KPI-driven results.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a customer-facing role, fluent Dutch or German and English, and experience with CRMs and high-volume inquiries. A bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing/business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role with buying process involvement, objections handling, and service.
• Excellent German or Dutch (C1) and English skills.
• Experience handling high volumes of customer queries across multiple channels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/marketing/business.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Advocate products/services and assess mutual fit with prospects.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for team goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
• Capture insights on market trends and customer feedback.
• Keep CRM hygiene with accurate activity records.
