Debtist is expanding the Dutch market and is seeking an SDR to help establish our presence. You will identify decision-makers, engage via outbound outreach, and qualify opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.

You’ll work with mid-sized to large companies, manage demos, and support a transition to a Junior Account Executive path. Amsterdam-based with potential Berlin option, full-time, salary by agreement.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with KPIs.
• Experience in professional communication with customers or prospects.
• Experience with high-volume outbound outreach and lead follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and contacting decision-makers via cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying potential customers and booking demos.
• Building and managing your pipeline in CRM.
• Adapting sales messaging to the Dutch market.
• Working toward clear KPIs and delivering measurable results.
