Exactpi Multilingual Recruitment is assisting an international organization seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Leiden. You will be the main contact for German customers, handling inquiries, orders and account matters with professionalism in a fast-paced, multi-country setting.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, resolve issues, and contribute to service improvements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in customer care, customer service, customer success, account management, or similar role.
• Native-level German or C2 proficiency; good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Act as the primary contact for German-speaking customers.
• Provide timely and professional support regarding products, services, orders, and account-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
• Handle escalations and complex customer cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Follow up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas for service and process improvements.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring trends.
• Support onboarding of new customers and assist in improving procedures.
