Job summary

Arlon Graphics in The Hague is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the EMEAI region. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate logistics to ensure top-tier service for existing and new customers.

The role requires English fluency and additional EU languages, strong Office and SAP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Hybrid working is available after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English plus other EU languages.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service with sales/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email for the EMEAI market.
• Process orders, check inventory, and manage pricing queries.
• Coordinate logistics and support regional Sales Managers and Marketing Specialists.
• Maintain accurate customer records in SAP and HubSpot CRM.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience.
