Zusammenfassung

Rentman is seeking a First Line Technical Support Specialist to help customers maximize the Rentman platform. You will be the first contact, guiding new users and assisting experienced users with issues to ensure smooth operations.

You will troubleshoot, share insights, and advocate for customers internally to drive product improvements. This role emphasizes fast learning, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering top-quality support in English and Dutch.

Qualifikationen

1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role.
Fluency in English & Dutch (native or C1 level).
Sharp troubleshooter who can explain complex solutions clearly, in writing and speech.
Team-first mentality and ability to collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

Provide an outstanding customer experience and own the issue end-to-end.
Respond to queries via Zendesk (email & chat) and calls via Aircall.
Become a power user, stay updated with product changes and relay feedback.
Escalate cases internally to find clear resolutions.
Collaborate with the broader Customer Experience team on goals.
